Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
HappyPatina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
